Today i am going to tell you how to prepare PALAK MAKAI ...
Ingredients:
- 1 kg spinach(palak)
- 15 ml oil
- 3 gm red chilli powder
- 10 gm garlic
- 2 gm aniseed
- 75 gm grain corn
- 35 gm white butter
- 10 gm gram flour
- 3 gm hot spice powder
- salt to taste
For garnishing:
- white butter
Preparation:
- take oil in a kadhai add aniseed and saute
- then add garlic and saute
- then add gram flour and cook it well
- now add spinach(palak) and let it cook till its raw flavour is gone
- adjust seasoning and add grain corn
- garnish it with a little amount of white butter
