Today i am going to tell you how to prepare GAJAR, MATTAR METHI ...
Ingredients:
- 250 gm carrots(cut into pea sized dices)
- 250 gm peas
- 200 gm fenugreek greens(chopped and fried)
- 20 ml oil
- 5 gm coriander powder
- 5 gm cumin seeds powder
- 3 gm red chilli powder
- 150 gm tomato puree
- salt to taste
Preparation:
- boil carrot and peas and keep them aside
- take oil in a kadhai
- add ginger garlic paste and saute
- now add all the spices and tomato puree
- now put in the vegetables and saute for a while and serve hot
your gajar,mattar methi is ready in just 5 steps!!!!...
