Today i am going to tell you how to prepare PINDI CHANNA ...
Ingredients:
- 250 gm kabuli channa(washed and soaked overnight)
- 150 gm chopped onion
- 200 gm chopped tomato
- 3 gm cumin seeds
- 3 gm red chilli powder
- 2 gm ginger paste
- 5 gm garlic paste
- 3 gm hot spice powder
- 2 gm cloves
- cardamoms
- 1 bay leaf
- 5 gm coriander powder
- 5 gm cumin seeds powder
- 5 gm raw mango powder
- salt to taste
For preparation:
- boil the channa till well done
- take oil in a kadhai
- add whole hot spicescumin seeds and onions and saute
- now add tomatoes,red chilli powder,hot spice powder,salt,coriander powder,raw mango powder,cumin seeds powder and cook well
- now add the boiled channa and toss well and serve hot
your pindi channa is ready in just 5 steps!!!!...
