Today i am going to tell you how to prepare DHINGRI MATTAR ...
Ingredients:
- 400 gm mushroom(cut into quarters)
- 250 gm green peas
- 20 ml oil
- 5 gm coriander powder
- 5 gm cumin seeds powder
- 5 gm yellow chilli powder
- 200 gm tomato
- 2 gm ginger
- 5 gm garlic
- 3 gm hot spice powder
- 15 gm coriander
- 150 gm onion(chopped)
- salt to taste
For garnishing:
- coriander leaves
Preparation:
- take oil in a handi
- add onions and saute till they turn brown
- now add ginger garlic paste and saute for a while and then add tomatoes
- now add all the spices and cook for a whlie
- now add mushrooms and green peas and saute
- finish with hot spice powder
- garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
your dhingri mattar is ready in just 7 steps!!!!...
