Today i am going to tell you how to prepare HING AUR DHANIYA KE CHATPATEY ALOO ...
Ingredients:
- 500 gm potato(cut into 1 " dices and boiled)
- 3 gm asafoetida
- 60 gm chopped tomato
- 3 gm turmeric powder
- 15 ml oil
- 5 gm coriander seeds(pounded)
- 6 gm coriander powder
- 6 gm cumin powder
- 3 gm red chilli powder
- 2 gm ginger paste
- 5 gm garlic paste
- 8 gm raw mango powder
- salt to taste
For garnishing:
- 25 gm chopped coriander leaves
- few tomato pieces
Preparation:
- take oil in a handi
- add asafoetida and coriander seeds
- when they start to crackle add turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin seeds and cook
- now add ginger paste,garlic paste and the chopped tomatoes and cook.
- now add the seasoning and the potatoes and mix
- garnish with coriander leaves and tomato dices and serve hot
your hing aur dhaniya ke chatpatey aloo is ready in just 6 steps!!!!...
