Today i am going to tell you how to prepare KADHAI PANEER ...
Ingredients:
- 350 gm paneer(cut into finger size)
- 20 ml oil
- 5 gm coriander seeds(chopped)
- 4 red chillies(whole)
- 250 gm tomato puree
- 20 gm onion(chopped)
- 3 gm red chilli powder
- 2 gm turmeric powder
- 60 gm capsicum julienne
- 6 gm cumin seeds powder
- 6 gm coriander powder
- 3 gm hot spice powder
- 3 gm ginger garlic paste
- salt to taste
For garnishing:
- some capsicum julienne
Preparation:
- take oil in a handi
- add coriander seeds and whole red chillies
- when they crackle add onions and when they are brown add the ginger garlic paste
- now add the capsicum julienne
- when the capsicum sweats add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,cumin seeds powder,coriander powder and seasoning
- now add the tomato puree
- now add the paneer and cook well
- finish with chopped coriander and hot spice powder
- garnish with capsicum julienne
your kadhai paneer is ready in just 9 steps!!!!...
