KADHAI PANEER

Dear Friends,

Today i am going to tell you how to prepare KADHAI PANEER ...


Ingredients:

  1. 350 gm paneer(cut into finger size)
  2. 20 ml oil
  3. 5 gm coriander seeds(chopped)
  4. 4 red chillies(whole)
  5. 250 gm tomato puree
  6. 20 gm onion(chopped)
  7. 3 gm red chilli powder
  8. 2 gm turmeric powder
  9. 60 gm capsicum julienne
  10. 6 gm cumin seeds powder
  11. 6 gm coriander powder
  12. 3 gm hot spice powder
  13. 3 gm ginger garlic paste
  14. salt to taste

For garnishing:

  1. some capsicum julienne

Preparation:

  1. take oil in a handi
  2. add coriander seeds and whole red chillies
  3. when they crackle add onions and when they are brown add the ginger garlic paste
  4. now add the capsicum julienne
  5. when the capsicum sweats add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,cumin seeds powder,coriander powder and seasoning
  6. now add the tomato puree 
  7. now add the paneer and cook well
  8. finish with chopped coriander and hot spice powder
  9. garnish with capsicum julienne
your kadhai paneer is ready in just 9 steps!!!!...
