Today i am going to tell you how to prepare RIZOGALO ...
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup rice
- 1 litre milk
- 1 lemon rind
- 10 tsp sugar
For garnishing:
- cinnamon powder
Preparation:
- put rice in a large pot and add water and boil until all water evaporates and rice is very soft(should be flurry and thick)
- now add milk,lemon rind and sugar
- cook until the mixture thickens
- remove from fire and let it cool
- serve in individual bowls garnished with cinnamon powder
your rizogalo is ready in just 5 steps!!!!...
