Today i am going to tell you how to prepare JEERA ALOO ...
Ingredients:
- 500 gm baby potatoes(peeled and boiled and diced)
- 15 mloil
- 5 gm cumin seeds
- 2 gm turmeric
- 5 gm cumin powder
- 5 gm coriander powder
- 3 gm red chilli powder
- 60 gm tomatoes(finely chopped)
- 2 gm hot spice powder
- 5 gm chaat masala
- salt to taste
For garnishing:
- 2 gm ginger julienne
- 15 gm coriander leaves(chopped)
Preparation:
- take oil in kadhai
- add cumin seeds and as they crackle add ginger garlic paste and saute well
- now put the tomatoes and the seasoning and stir for a while
- now add the potatoes and saute well
- finish with hot spice powder
- garnish with ginger julienne and coriander leaves and serve hot
your jeera aloo is ready in just 6 steps!!!!...
