Today i am going to tell you how to prepare VANILLA BUTTER FROSTING ...
Ingredients:
- 3 cups icing sugar
- 3 tsp butter
- 2 tsp milk
- 3 drops vanilla essence
For garnishing:
Simple basic frosting or icing:
- 2 egg whites
- 4-5 drops of lemon juice
- 400 gm extra fine icing sugar
- 3 ml glycerine
Preparation:
- in a mixing bowl blend all the ingredients for frosting using a hand-blender
- first, beat at a medium speed for 2-3 minutes,then increase the speed till the frosting is light and fluffy
- if the frosting is too thick, then add a little more milk for easy spreading consistency
- spread the icing on the prepared muffins and leave in the fridge to set
For making decoration:
- separate the egg whites from the yolks and place in a mixing bowl
- with the help of a hand-blender beat the egg-whites for a minute
- mix in the potion of the icing sugar and the lemon juice and beat well to form the consistency of unwhipped cream
- continue to add the remaining sugar, bit by bit, and blend well
- mix in the glycerine and blend once again and spread the icing on the prepared muffin cakes with a spatula and leave in the fridge for 10 minutes to set
your vanilla butter cream frosting is ready in just 9 steps!!!!...
