PINDI CHANNA

Dear Friends,

Today i am going to tell you how to prepare PINDI CHANNA ...


Ingredients:

  1. 250 gm kabuli channa(washed and soaked overnight)
  2. 150 gm chopped onion
  3. 200 gm chopped tomato
  4. 3 gm cumin seeds
  5. 3 gm red chilli powder
  6. 2 gm ginger paste
  7. 5 gm garlic paste
  8. 3 gm hot spice powder
  9. 2 gm cloves
  10.  cardamoms
  11. 1 bay leaf
  12. 5 gm coriander powder
  13. 5 gm cumin seeds powder
  14. 5 gm raw mango powder
  15. salt to taste

For preparation:

  1. boil the channa till well done
  2. take oil in a kadhai 
  3. add whole hot spicescumin seeds and onions and saute
  4. now add tomatoes,red chilli powder,hot spice powder,salt,coriander powder,raw mango powder,cumin seeds powder and cook well
  5. now add the boiled channa and toss well and serve hot
your pindi channa is ready in just 5 steps!!!!...
