JEERA ALOO

Dear Friends,

Today i am going to tell you how to prepare JEERA ALOO ...


Ingredients:

  1. 500 gm baby potatoes(peeled and boiled and diced)
  2. 15 mloil
  3. 5 gm cumin seeds 
  4. 2 gm turmeric
  5. 5 gm cumin powder
  6. 5 gm coriander powder
  7. 3 gm red chilli powder
  8. 60 gm tomatoes(finely chopped)
  9. 2 gm hot spice powder
  10. 5 gm chaat masala
  11. salt to taste

For garnishing:

  1. 2 gm ginger julienne
  2. 15 gm coriander leaves(chopped)

Preparation:

  1. take oil in kadhai
  2. add cumin seeds and as they crackle add ginger garlic paste and saute well
  3. now put the tomatoes and the seasoning and stir for a while
  4. now add the potatoes and saute well
  5. finish with hot spice powder
  6. garnish with ginger julienne and coriander leaves and serve hot
your jeera aloo is ready in just 6 steps!!!!...
