Today i am going to tell you how to prepare BABY CORN MUSHROOM CAPSICUM  MASALA ...


1..150 gm baby corn(sliced thinly)
2..200 gm mushroom (cut into 1/2 " dices)
3..150 gm capsicum(cut into 1 " dices)
4..200 gm tomato puree
5..20 gm oil
6..3gm cumin seeds
7..2 gm turmeric
8..3 gm ginger paste
9..5 gm garlic paste
10..6 gm coriander powder
11..6 gm cumin seed powder
12..3 gm red chilli powder
13..3 gm hot spice powder
14..salt to taste

For garnishing:

1..10 gm coriander leaves(finely chopped)


1..take oil in a kadhai saute capsicum and mushroom and take it out add cumin seeds,ginger,garlic paste and turmeric and add baby corn and let it cook
3..then add capsicum and mushroom and saute till it is cooked
4..put coriander,cumin,salt,red chilli powder and tomato puree and let it cook for a couple of minutes
5..finish with hot spice powder 
6..garnish with chopped coriander leaves

your baby corn mushroom capsicum masala is ready in just 6 steps!!!!...
