Dear Friends,  

Today i am going to tell you how to prepare a Chinese dish i.e.manchow soup.


1..finely chopped carrot 1cup
2..finely chopped cabbage 1cup
3..finely chopped capsicum (1/1 cup)
3..grated paneer 2 tsp
4..finely chopped garlic 2
5..ginger piece 1/2 inch
6..finely chopped green chillies or chillie sauce
7..finely chopped spring onion 1 tsp
8..cornflour 2 tsp
9..lemon juice
10..pepper powder 1/2 tsp
11..soya sauce 2 tsp
12..noodles 2 tsp


1..fry the noodles in oil and keep aside a pan fry finely chopped ginger,garlic,green chillies with 2 tsps of oil
3..then add finely chopped vegetables and paneer and fry them
4..add sufficient quantity of water and add salt as per your requirement
5..after the above mixture boils add soya sauce,pepper powder
6..let the mixture boil in low flame
7..add little water to cornflour and make a paste.add this paste to the above mixture
8..stir the mixture till the mixture gets the texture of the soup
9..add the spring onions and add lemon juice as per your requirement
10..serve the soup hot with the fried noodles..

10 simple steps and your manchow is ready to eat.....
