Today i am going to tell you how to prepare VANILLA BUTTER FROSTING ...


  1. 3 cups icing sugar
  2. 3 tsp butter
  3. 2 tsp milk
  4. 3 drops vanilla essence

For garnishing:

Simple basic frosting or icing:
  1. 2 egg whites
  2. 4-5 drops of lemon juice
  3. 400 gm extra fine icing sugar
  4. 3 ml glycerine


  1. in a mixing bowl blend all the ingredients for frosting using  a hand-blender
  2. first, beat at a medium speed for 2-3 minutes,then increase the speed till the frosting is light and fluffy
  3. if the frosting is too thick, then add a little more milk for easy spreading consistency
  4. spread the icing on the prepared muffins and leave in the fridge to set

For making decoration:

  1. separate the egg whites from the yolks and place in a mixing bowl
  2. with the help of a hand-blender beat the egg-whites for a minute
  3. mix in the potion of the icing sugar and the lemon juice and beat well to form the consistency of unwhipped cream
  4. continue to add the remaining sugar, bit by bit, and blend well
  5. mix in the glycerine and blend once again and spread the icing on the prepared muffin cakes with a spatula and leave in the fridge for 10 minutes to set 
your vanilla butter cream frosting is ready in just 9 steps!!!!...
