Today i am going to tell you how to prepare SARSON KA SAAG ...


  1. 1 kg mustard leaves(chopped and boiled)
  2. 20 ml oil
  3. 2 gm mustard seeds
  4. 3 gm ginger paste
  5. 5 gm garlic paste
  6. 20 gm maize powder
  7. 50 gm white butter
  8. 3 gm red chilli powder
  9. salt to taste

For garnishing:

  1. 5 gm ginger julienne cream


  1. take oil in a kadhai
  2. add mustard seeds
  3. when the mustard seeds starts crackling add ginger and garlic paste and saute it
  4. add maize flour and cook it well
  5. then add mustard leaves and cook till it is done.
  6. finish it with butter
  7. serve hot garnished with cream and ginger julienne 

your sarson ka saag is ready in just 6 steps!!!!...
