GAJAR,MATTAR METHI

Dear Friends,

Today i am going to tell you how to prepare GAJAR, MATTAR METHI ...


Ingredients:

  1. 250 gm carrots(cut into pea sized dices)
  2. 250 gm peas
  3. 200 gm fenugreek greens(chopped and fried)
  4. 20 ml oil
  5. 5 gm coriander powder
  6. 5 gm cumin seeds powder
  7. 3 gm red chilli powder
  8. 150 gm tomato puree
  9. salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. boil carrot and peas and keep them aside
  2. take oil in a kadhai
  3. add ginger garlic paste and saute
  4. now add all the spices and tomato puree
  5. now put in the vegetables and saute for a while and serve hot
your gajar,mattar methi is ready in just 5 steps!!!!...
