DHINGRI MATTAR

Dear Friends,

Today i am going to tell you how to prepare DHINGRI MATTAR ...


Ingredients:

  1. 400 gm mushroom(cut into quarters)
  2. 250 gm green peas
  3. 20 ml oil
  4. 5 gm coriander powder
  5. 5 gm cumin seeds powder
  6. 5 gm yellow chilli powder
  7. 200 gm tomato
  8. 2 gm ginger
  9. 5 gm garlic
  10. 3 gm hot spice powder
  11. 15 gm coriander
  12. 150 gm onion(chopped) 
  13. salt to taste

For garnishing:

  1. coriander leaves

Preparation:

  1. take oil in a handi
  2. add onions and saute till they turn brown
  3. now add ginger garlic paste and saute for a while and then add tomatoes
  4. now add all the spices and cook for a whlie
  5. now add mushrooms and green peas and saute
  6. finish with hot spice powder
  7. garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot 
your dhingri mattar is ready in just 7 steps!!!!...
