Today i am going to tell you how to prepare BESAN KA LADDOO ...


  1. 2 cups gram flour(besan)
  2. 1.5 cup sugar(powdered)
  3. 1 cup ghee
  4. 1 tsp each almonds,pista and cashew nut(chopped)

For garnishing:

  1. silver waraq


  1. heat ghee in a kadhai
  2. add besan and fry it on slow fire
  3. stir constantly to avoid lumps
  4. when it releases an appetising smell,remove from fire and allow it to cool
  5. now add sugar and nuts and mix thoroughly
  6. now make ping-pong ball size balls of the mixture
  7. garnish with silver waraq and serve
your besan ka laddoo is ready in just 7 steps!!!!...
