Today i am going to tell you how to prepare INSTANT JALEBI ...


  1. maida 1 cup
  2. sugar 3 cups
  3. ghee 3 tsp
  4. oil
  5. ghee or vanaspathi(for frying)
  6. baking soda or baking powder 1 tsp
  7. citric acid or lemon juice 1 tsp
  8. kesar petals 10-12
  9. elachi powder 1 tsp


  1. add 3 tsp ghee to maida and add water and mix to the texture of dosa a flour
  2. now add the lemon juice or the citric acid
  3. add one cup water to sugar and boil it to make the sugar syrup and when done, keep it aside
  4. keep the sugar syrup vessel in boiling water such that its bottom is in the water
  5. now for the mixture of maida add 4 petals of kesar
  6. now pour the above mixture into a small mouthed bottle and make a hole in the cap and fry the jalebis in hot ghee or oil or vanaspathi 
  7. fry the jalebis until they are crisp and take them out from the frying pan and put them in the sugar syrup
  8. once push down the jalebis gently to the bottom of the vessel so that the jalebis absorb the sugar syrup efficiently
  9. take the jalebis out of the vessel after 5-8 minutes and sprinkle elachi powder and kesar petals on them and serve hot
your instant jalebi is ready in just 9 steps!!!!...
