CRUMB-TOPPED BAKED FRENCH TOAST

Today i am going to tell you how to prepare CRUMB-TOPPED BAKED FRENCH TOAST ...


Ingredients:

  1. 2 eggs(well beaten)
  2. 2 tsp milk
  3. 12 tsp vanilla essence
  4. 6 slices of garlic bread
  5. 1 cup cornflake crumbs
  6. 1.5 tsp butter(melted)
  7. salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. combine eggs,salt,milk and essence
  2. dip one bread slice in egg at a time,roll over the crumbs and fry in a non-tick frying pan until both sides turn golden and crisp
  3. similarly,make all and serve
your crumb-topped baked french toast is ready in just 3 steps!!!!...
