Today i am going to tell you how to prepare LEMON RASAM ...
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp whole black pepper
- 2 tsp jeera(cumin seeds)
- 2 tsp dhania seeds
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander leaves
- 8 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tomatoes
- salt to taste
Preparation:
- heat two cups of water in a pan,crush all the tomatoes and toss them in
- grind all the dry ingredients and add to the rasam
- let the rasam boil for about six minutes on slow fire
- then finally add the coriander leaves
- heat some oil in a pan and add a tap of mustard seeds,curry leaves,urad dal,chana dal and asefoetida
- fry them till the dals turn golden brown
- now add the seasoning to the rasam
- before removing from fire add the lemon juice and turn off the fire immediately
your lemon rasam is ready in just 8 steps!!!!...
